PATRICK DEVLIN (Father) has performed in many plays with the North East Community Players including "Mousetrap," "The Odd Couple," "Arsenic and Old Lace," and "The Man Who Came to Dinner." Even though he has shared the stage with Chris Bucci in the past, he still agreed to be in this production of Oscar. (Ha ha!)

JIMI MEHS (Aldo) has been involved in theater for the past 20 years and has done many shows in the Erie and Pittsburgh areas. Some highlights include "The Collector," "The Foreigner," "Rocky Horror Show" and "Baby with the Bathwater" at the Roadhouse Theater and "Gemini" and "Bald Soprano" at the Playhouse. He was last seen as the MC in "Cabaret" at Mercyhurst North East and as Renfield in "Dracula" at the Director's Circle Theater. He is currently employed as a graphic designer at Inkjet World in Erie.

NICK IACOBUCCI (Connie) is the video & photo lab manager at the Harborcreek Giant Eagle. He has always been a fan of TV, movies & theater, however this is his first gig as an actor. He feels it will be a fun time and a great learning experience to help prepare him for 3 upcoming shows at the Erie Playhouse. He would like to dedicate his first performance to his cousin Dr. Nicholas John Hosu.

CHRIS BUCCI (Angelo "Snaps" Provolone) has been involved in community theater for over twelve years with dozens of shows to his credit. Last year he was seen in numerous productions including the role of Cogsworth in the hit musical "Beauty and the Beast" at the Erie Playhouse, Orville in the Director's Circle Theater production of "Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will?" and Parker in "Gramercy Ghost" with the North East Community Players. After Oscar comes to a close, he'll begin rehearsing for the reprise of "Beauty and the Beast" and, in the spring, Luther Billis in "South Pacific," both at the Erie Playhouse. He has also worked professionally at the Riverside Inn, Jrs Last Laugh comedy club, B&G Murder Mystery and more. "Thanks to everybody who made this night possible! Thank you to every single person who has dedicated all of their time and energy into making this happen! I will never forget you!"

BETH ANN BOHUN (Nora) began acting at the age of 4 on the Warner Theater stage and continued a musical theater/drama career with the Erie Playhouse performing in such productions as "Sleeping Beauty," "Much Ado About Shakespeare," and more. She's performed in numerous high school productions (including her first lead as Adelaide in "Guys and Dolls"), at Penn Stage Behrend ("Little Shop of Horrors" as Audrey), Director's Circle Theater (recently in her first dramatic lead as Evalita in "Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will") and frequents the Station Dinner Theater in productions of "Canterbury Feast" and "Chicago Speakeasy." She also entertains / serves in the Station's restaurant as Marilyn Monroe and hopes to continue performing for many years to come.

SHANNON SOLO (Anthony) is pleased to return to the stage following a string of film performances including the lead in "Wolf at the Door" and "Swamp Zombies." He has also co-starred in "Missed Cues" and appeared in "Hunting Camp." When he's not pursuing his love of acting, he can be heard on Froggy 94.7 or singing at your local bar. He thanks Chris for this wonderful opportunity and the ones he loves for their support.

JACKIE JIRCITANO (Lisa) is a sophomore and Schreyer Honors student at Behrend College. She will be going to Penn State next fall to major in anthropology and archaeology. She was last seen in "Baby with the Bathwater" with the North East Community Players. Her favorite role is Miss Adelaide in "Guys 'n Dolls." She will be seen in "The Most Happy Fella'" and "Brigadoon" this spring at the Erie Playhouse. When Jackie's not acting or studying she finds time to sleep and eat. She would like to thank everyone who gave their time and commitment to Oscar.

DAVE DICOLA (Luigi) has been involved in theater for the last 11 years. He was last seen in the Stage Right production of "Bell Book & Candle." He has done numerous other shows in North East as well as Erie including "Grammercy Ghost," "Black Comedy," "Funny Money," and the "Unexpected Guest." Dave is a news photographer for WICU-12 which is about as crazy as his character in this production. Dave wants to thank Chris and Jamie for the role. He would also like to thank his wife Amanda for the long hours of rehearsal she has always wonderfully put up with.

TERRY SMITH (Guido) is excited to be part of this world-premiere stage presentation of "Oscar." He has appeared in some recent independent films such as "Swamp Zombies" and "Missed Cues." On stage he has been a part of Richard III at the Roadhouse Theater playing many wonderful roles.

JAMIE PRYBER (Theresa) would like to thank Chris Bucci for including her in his "dream project," as it is one of the most enjoyable shows she's been privileged to be a part of. She has worked with Chris previously in another stage-adaptation, United We Stand Theater Troupe's version of "Primal Fear" back in 2002. Her most recent performances include "Six Characters in Search of an Author" and "Under Milk Wood" at California University. She was also previously employed as theatrical director and choreographer / dance leader of the Awareness Ministries youth. She has participated in various facets of theater, including acting, singing, dancing, directing, stage managing, and costuming.

BETSY BUTORYAK (Sofia) is happy to again share the stage with Chris, Beth and Craig and also to perform in North East once more. It has been several years since she last appeared here. She was most recently seen in the production of "Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will?" at the Director's Circle Theater in Erie. She wishes Chris great success with this long anticipated production and is glad to be a part of it all.

JAMES CANFIELD III (Dr. Poole) has lived in several cities within the United States and abroad and has developed a passion for travel, character acting and anything involving fun. He has been living in Erie, PA for three years and plans on moving back to New York to resurrect his sketch comedy show. "As far as I can tell, I only live one life and I want to do as much as possible whenever possible."

DAN PRUYN (Lt. Toomey) is not a newcomer to theater and has been in many shows throughout the Erie area. He was last seen at the Meadville Community Theater as David in "Mornings at Seven." Some of his most memorable roles were Frank in “Equus," Barney in “Last of the Red Hot Lovers," John in “Lips Together, Teeth Apart," Howard in “Death of a Salesman,” and most of all Grandpa in “You Can’t Take in With You.” He thanks Jamie & Chris for casting him in such a enjoyable role as Lt Toomey.

CRAIG SCHNEIDER (Overton) is excited to be part of this unique project along with Chris. Craig has worked with him last on "Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will?" at the Director's Circle Theater and previously on the stage-adaptation of "Primal Fear" by United We Stand Theater Troupe. His hobbies include chess, triathlon and amusing his lovely wife, Diane.

JUDY STOW (Roxanne) has been involved in the "world of theater" for what seems like most of her life (she still loves it), and just finished co-directing the North East Community Players' current production of "Jake's Women." Among her favorite roles are Lorraine Sheldon in "The Man Who Came to Dinner," M'Lynn in "Steel Magnolias" and both Gwendolyn and Cecily in different performances of "The Odd Couple." She has appeared in many musicals at the Erie Playhouse. She works as a Client Service Representative at Insurance Management Company in Erie and in her spare (!) time, enjoys singing with the North East Choral Club, acrylic painting, and spending time with her two dogs. She would like to thank Chris and Jamie for their confidence in her and for asking her to "step in" to this role. What a great experience!
