Clover and Finnegan

Jenny Justus Bucci is a children’s book author who believes that the most wonderful stories often come from the little moments in everyday life. Inspired by her real-life 19 year old conure, Clover, Jenny created the charming world of Clover & Finnegan — a playful conure and his thoughtful goldfish best friend who share unforgettable adventures together.

With a love for storytelling, imagination and birds, Jenny enjoys creating stories that encourage kindness, curiosity, and friendship. Her goal is to spark young readers’ imaginations while reminding them that even the most unlikely friendships can lead to the greatest adventures.

When she isn’t writing, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, hiking and hanging out with Clover. She is also an avid pinball enthusiast and a lifelong fan of the classic television show I Love Lucy, the late Lucille Ball and she loves collecting special I Love Lucy treasures.

Through her stories, Jenny hopes to inspire children to dream big, be kind, and always believe in the magic of friendship.
