Some games are just plain "fun" and Monster Bash is one of those games. The rules are somewhat basic in comparison to other games from the same year. However, what MB does have is a huge dose of tongue 'n cheek humor. The machine is chocked full of goodies and unique surprises to keep anyone excited. The monsters all have separate personalities. In fact, they each have their own playfield gimmick: the Bride bobs her head as she talks, the Mummy reveals himself from the coffin, Dracula dances back and forth, the Creature swims below the playfield, the Wolfman howls, and Frankenstein comes to life right in front of your eyes. This unique mixture of gimmicks is definite eye candy as well as very well organized and strategically placed. The rock music, the funny quotes, the great ball "flow": Monster Bash is just plain "fun"!
