 STEP 2: Attach yellow to skull pile and mark backbox for bulb placement. |
 STEP 3: Solder wires to sockets and mount vertically on backboard. |
 STEP 4: Solder wires to two GI circuit lights. |
 STEP 5: Install two gold or yellow foil stickers behind bulbs. |
 STEP 6: Secure the skull pile for alignment testing. |
 STEP 7: Install the orange bulb covers |
 STEP 8: Re-install the flashers and skull pile |
