"Elegant". That was the first word I uttered to describe Cirqus Voltaire. It had a look different than any pin I had ever seen. The first thing I noticed were the colors/artwork on the cabinet, backbox and playfield. It was definite eye-candy. The game also had an excellent design including the ability for the player to join-the-cirqus, defeat the ringmaster and play multiple intense multi-ball games. Based on the original "cirqus" in France, the game follows the glorious marvels you would find in the various rings. Although the game received average reviews at the beginning, it has now become a very popular home machine. With only 3,000 +/- rumored to be around, Cirqus Voltaire is an excellent find. "Get ready for the greatest pinball on earth".
