Thanks to Duncan Brown for information on how to set this game up. Supposedly
Williams said, "Hey....you're going to do 3 balls for .50 and you're going to like it". So, they
put a jumper on the CPU cutting off the balls-per-game setting.

To get around this, "snip" jumper W7 on the CPU board (must have ROM revision 4 or up).
This will change the previously "unused adjustment" to "number of balls".
